GÜNÜN ALIŞVERİŞ TURU: BERSHKA/MANGO/ZARA/YARGICI - TODAY'S SHOPPING TOUR: BERSHKA/MANGO/ZARA/YARGICI

Aslında alışveriş turlarımı haftasonu yaptığımı az çok takip ediyorsunuzdur. Bugünün turu biraz özel o yüzden. Bu turun amacı yılbaşını Paris'te geçirecek arkadaşım Melis'e Parizyen bir görünüm yakalamak amacıyla, onunla alışverişe çıkmadan bir ön araştırma yapmaktı. Aslında, Paris ve New York stili artık dünya globalleştiğinden iç içe geçmiş durumda. O yüzden bulduklarım ne kadar Paris' e has bilemem ama elimden gelenin en iyisini yapmaya çalıştım :)

You know that I usually make my shopping tours at weekends. But, today was special because my lovely friend Melis is going to Paris for New Year so she wanted to go shopping to have a Parisienne look. I immediately told her that I would go shopping with her. Before, we go I wanted to do a little research hence this post. In the globalized world, I think that New Yorkean look and Parisienne look a little bit mixed right now but I tried to capture more Parisienne items so enjoy !

• Seçerken Coco Chanel'i düşündüm o yüzden tüvite kaysam da modern öğeleri ve ince espiri parçaları da katmak istedim.

• When I was choosing the items I think about Coco Chanel-so there is so much wool and tweed- and the modernized Paris sort of so there is witty and modern items too.

CAMPUS WITH COLORS: TWO GIRLS

Pop-art has been always an influential artistic wave for all artists including fashion designers, and its followers even... you name it. Of course, as a person who loves contemporary art and pop-art  I wanted to inject some color to campus pictures( with my photoshop knowledge it is too limited as you can see). Pop-art is one of my influences. I really like to break the reality with colors by modifying the pictures.

GÜNÜN GÖRÜNÜMÜ: DERİ TAYT VE YÜN & TODAY'S LOOK: LEATHER LEGGINGS & WOOL

Bugün Güney Kampüste Kübra ile karşılaştım. Daha önce Kübra'yı çekmiştim hatırlarsanız. Artık onu her gördüğümde çekiyorum bunu bir gelenek haline getirdik. Kübra bugün için deri tayt giymeyi tercih etmiş Berksha'dan almış. Yün kısmını da üstündeki geniş kazak, şal ve kenarı tüylü, süet bilekte bağcıklı botları (H&M) ile tamamlıyor. Çok güzel harmanlanmış kendine has bir stil: vintage ve yeni trendleri özellikle çok güzel birleştiriyor. Kübra'ya zamanını ayırdığı için teşekkür ediyorum :)

Today, I saw Kübra at South Campus and as you could remember I have posted her look before with her big black hat. When I see her I took pictures of her, it became an "tradition" I guess. She prefered to wear leather leggings from Berksha. She combined the leggings with wool aspect which is the woolen loose cardigan, the scarf and ankle boots(H&M). I really like how she combines all vintage and new trends in a modernized sync. 
So, thanks Kübra :)

DİNAMİK 2. SAYI: JACK NICHOLSON YAZIM

Evet, beklenen gün geldi ! Bugün Boğaziçi Üniversitesi İşletme ve Ekonomi Kulübü'nün ücretsiz çıkardığı Dinamik gazetesinin 2.sayısı çıktı. Bu ay ben moda konusunda değil de Sinema sayfasında oyuncu incelemesi adı altında Jack Nicholson hakkında ilginç bilgilere yer verdim yazımda. Elbette ki modayı araya bir yerlere kattım o da okuyunca süpriz olsun. Keyifli okumalar :) !

not: Aşağıdaki gibi okumak zor olacak sanırım o yüzden sütunları kesip koyuyorum aşağıya.

not: Tüm Dinamik ekibinin emeğine sağlık, çok eğlenceli ve besleyici bir yazı süreciydi.

GÜNÜN GÖRÜNÜMÜ: DERİ TRENCHCOAT'UMSU CEKET VE BANDAJ ÇORAP/TODAY'S LOOK : LEATHER-TRENCHCOAT MIXED JACKET AND BANDAGE SOCKS

Bugün Güney kampüse inerken, Gülbin'in stilini çok beğendim. Kendisi Boğaziçi Üniversitesi'nde İşletme okuyor. Ben özellikle Burberry'nin geçen sezonki ( 2012 baharını ben bu sezon sayarak söylüyorum) trenchcoat ve deri birleşimi ceketlerine inanılmaz benzettim. Hatta ona da sordum Burberry mi diye ama Stradivarius'dan almış ceketini.Ceketi çok beğendim özetle :) Çorapları ise Penti( bandaj çorap deniliyormuş) . Bence ceket, çorap, botlar hepsi çok güzel bir şekilde harmanlanmış içinde her türlü motorsikletçi, feminen, asi, punk elementlerini bulunduruyor bu yüzden görünümünün öne çıktığını düşünüyorum. 

Gülbin'e zaman ayırdığı için çok teşekkürler :)

Today, I was on my way to South Campus in Boğaziçi University and I saw Gülbin's style. I really liked it as a whole and in its parts. I was striked by the jacket because of the similarity of last season's Burberry jackets which became phenomenon of last season- the mix of leather and trenchcoat clothing. I asked her that "is it Burberry" but she bought the jacket from Stradivarius. I really liked the jacket, shortly. I asked her about the socks and she told me that it was actually called "bandange socks" . I think jacket, boots, vintage effected bag, socks all together are in sync and demonstrates the motorcycle-biker-rock-punk-also feminine and rebellious elements so I cannot name this look as one style which makes it so distinct.
